The ExchangeI ascended the steps  he opened the way and left  I bound in all fake smiles  
he sits down far away   
I struggle for a conversation  He politely answers  I ramble then give up  He brings up what I won't   
I open up my thoughts to him in words  He reads what i predicted  I sit in my unease, waiting  He finishes and confirms my thoughts with one sigh   
I turn to see this face, no longer wanting me  He holds me close one last time  I anticipate everything he'll say  He begins to stutter through excuses   
I twidle my thumbs and stare down &nbs The Exchange

Perfect MagicApproaching my dreams  With one of their actors by my side  I smile and giggle  Over joyous with my surroundings  Everything’s starting out right   
Walk to the big city  But it's set in it's grand time of old  A calm boat ride turned adventure  So close to you in the dark  But feelings aren't yet stated   
We come upon a childhood town  Driving ourselves toward each other  Spinning out of control  My heart no longer wanting to spin  Just to collapse in your arms   
Finally we reach the future  Actions are happening  Past emotions come into con Perfect Magic

I suck

I can't write any more... I suck.. I had a stroke of half ass luck for awhile and now it's gone. me the person who yells at people who stop writing; can't write any more. I try! I do... I have inspiration, i have ideas, I spend time doing it... it doesn't work. I have ATLEAST 40 poems i haven't submitted, and out of those 40, 39 of them suck a$$....This sucks. I need something to get me out of this slump, well atleast what I hope is just a slump. Dang...For awhile it was always hard but i still worked through it and got something atleast ok out of it, then for awhile it was easy and then it went back to being work, but i started getting better and now.... nada. Welll.. back to the drawing board

I had to get a new da account because someone hacked my school one. it's permanently unfixable. Just thought I'd let you know the change. I"m glad I joined da and met people like you and many others. Have a great day and night. And I never did find out who hacked up my account. but I assure you it's never going to be usuable. I tried submitting poetry on it and my cpu crashed. I couldn't view my journals or anything. I am being very serious about this all. I hate hackers that do this. I hope the hacker gets caught and is taught a lesson. Luckily I have tons of nicknames. Otherwise I would of permanently had to say goodbye to everyone on da. THat would suck so much. Because I'd miss you all. This is your friend Dan. Please add me to your da watch ok

Thanks a bunch for your nice comment on "Where Angels Fear To Tread"! I'm glad you enjoyed the story that came with the photo...I, to, believe that it would have a lesser impact if people would just have the image to look at without any background info's.
